• Do not create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, or security rights.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, instructions, assets, and other materials you submit to Sahinov services.

• You must have the rights needed to submit your materials.
• You must review AI-generated outputs before publishing or use.
• You are responsible for how you use, edit, distribute, or commercialize outputs.

Sahinov branding, platform designs, software, infrastructure, documentation, systems, and related materials remain the property of Sahinov or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from Sahinov services except through authorized platform functionality or written permission.

• Paid services may require valid billing information.
• Fees, usage limits, credits, and plan terms may vary by product or agreement.
• Taxes, third-party charges, and usage-based fees may apply.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Sahinov works to provide reliable services, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Services may be modified, interrupted, limited, suspended, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

Sahinov services may reference or integrate third-party tools, platforms, links, models, payment providers, hosting services, or external resources. Sahinov is not responsible for third-party services, policies, content, availability, or security practices.

Sahinov services and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular purpose without human review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahinov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or service access.
